Cancellation Policy

All payments made towards the trip are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your participation, please consider your payments as a donation to STEAM Abroad, Inc. (a 501c3 nonprofit). This donation will help support future student travel opportunities and community service projects. Your contributions ensure that more students have the opportunity to participate in meaningful service learning experiences.

If STEAM Abroad, Inc. has already booked your flight at the time of cancellation, you may be eligible to receive flight credits from the airline. The availability and terms of these credits are subject to the airlines policies and cannot be guaranteed by STEAM Abroad, Inc.

Once your deposit is collected, we proceed with booking flights and other amenities. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.
