-Work with the leadership to create a social media strategy to outline the course of action and plan to assess the results and evaluate the outcomes.
-Maximizing the use of social media networks to reach STEAM Abroad’s audience with clear, consistent messages that have a positive impact on our sales, reputation, and image.
-Manage social media sites including removing out-of-date information and promoting current programs and services.
-Monitor trends by keeping an eye on top of comparable companies to see what they are doing in their social media circles.
-Analyze social networking by evaluating Facebook comments, measuring Twitter activity by followers and analyzing analytics to see traffic patterns, activity levels and how well social media messages are received.
-Provide feedback to the leadership and make recommendations for improvement to the social media strategy.
